During our trip to Japan, we chose a newly opened car rental company and rented a Land Rover Defender campervan for 11 days. From signing the contract to returning the vehicle, the entire process was unforgettable—absolutely fantastic! The service was warm and attentive; Japanese service is truly impressive, not just talk. They even thoughtfully decorated the vehicle with our national flag—such a considerate gesture!

There s not much to write about, really. Renting a car from them is like driving your own – so relaxed and comfortable. The rental shop provided us with strollers and baby seats, making our trip to Universal Studios and Kyoto so enjoyable. I feel like I got a great deal during our 30-day trip; they re far superior to car rental companies in Canada.

This is one of those experiences I just couldn’t resist reviewing. I think the best part of this trip was the thoughtful details — they provided charging cables, umbrellas, and a phone holder for free. There was even a pleasant fragrance in the car, and shopping bags placed in the trunk. It’s all about the details — truly impressive attention to detail!

This car rental company was excellent. We rented a Toyota MPV for 13 days, and surprisingly, there was absolutely no odor inside the vehicle — something we’ve never experienced when traveling in other countries. Japanese service truly is the best.
